This week’s dog question…

Did you know that playing with your dog after a training session could help them to remember all the good things you have taught them?

This week’s cat question…

Did you know that if your cat feels afraid they won’t feel able to play?

Getting Things Right With Your Cat Or Dog

Welcoming a puppy, kitten or rescue dog or cat into your home is both exciting and exhausting! Or watching your much-loved family dog or cat develop behaviour problems is upsetting and can leave you feeling confused and overwhelmed.

Whatever your circumstances you want to know that you are doing the right thing to ensure you and your pet live a fulfilling life together.

I can help you to do that…

Our girl is now thankfully doing much better, and that is all down to the advice and strategies Julie has given. Julie is highly skilled not only in dog behaviour, but being an empathic and kind human being, which really makes all the difference. Advice was never patronising, and tasks set were always realistic and in line with our goals.

Will We Work Well Together?

Absolutely! If:

  • You want your dog to feel relaxed around other dogs, people or in situations that currently worry or frustrate them

  • You want to work with someone who really gets how you are feeling and has the education and experience to enable you to achieve your goals with confidence

  • You want to build a stronger and trusting relationship with your cat

  • You want to overcome the unwanted behaviours your cat has developed such as toileting or spraying indoors, scratching or showing aggression

  • You want to get your puppy off to the best start with socialisation, good manners and early training at home and / or in group classes

  • You want to train your dog in a way that brings joy to you both and builds your relationship

“Julie is always kind and calm especially if things were not going so well. As a Veterinary Nurse I already recommend Julie’s classes and was very happy with all the preventive training included in this course such as brain games and exercises covering general and noise phobias. These classes are perfect for any new puppy and there are plenty of opportunities to continue your training journey once you’ve caught the bug!”
